Quick graphic thing for my mum’s school. They ordering new t-shirts for kids as a fundraiser and asked me to design something for them. A lot of fun, actually, and a good break from—everything.
April did a thing, and now I’m dying. The first was drawn almost exactly two years ago (April-June 2011), on and off for about three months. A grand total of 12 pages, with the rest regular 8.5 x 11 sheets in grey scale. All traditional, though. And it was for my first, and only, OCT, Artists at the Ready: New Canvas. Sad to say I never made it past the prelims.
Meanwhile, the bottom is one of the finished pages from R2 and … idk. I’m definitely a lot happier with layouts and paneling, but I know my anatomy can still use a lot of work. The curse of not having time to draw and practice as much as I’d like. But it’s still an improvement.
Also I can draw men now who knew.
Posting here for records. Man I miss my Copics. I wish I had time to pull them out ; m ;
